After their first careers, Guy and his wife Mary decided in 1999 to follow the entrepreneurial path they had both long sought. Guy began by obtaining his real estate license in 1999. They purchased their first foreclosure in 2000 and began flipping properties. In 2003, Guy and Mary formed CMG Group, LLC dba Buying Texas Today, a real estate investment firm. While they initially purchased real estate throughout much of Texas, they are focusing on the Coastal Bend area of the Gulf Coast. Guy obtained his Broker’s license in 2007 and opened a brokerage, PowerHouse Real Estate Group, LLC. Guy is charged with the overall vision, culture, growth and success of Buying Texas Today.
